talk abt costs. we are saying, if tat car belongs to our friends. e
car is registerd in malaysia under their name. n when they drive to
singapore. can we drive their car legally in singapore? since we
are holding singapore license, n e car does not belong to us. i
send an email to the TP b4, but until now they still haven reply
me.
