to know the format for the address and other details required.
Second, is there any typical format for a proposal? Like word
limit, tone, etc.
Sorry, my previous English teachers, and my current one, all had
the habit of telling us to write letters, essays and report
practices in a manner where they never explicitly told us the
proper format. Except for report, which I know roughly the
format(But when exam came out, I used the same format and I
completely blew it with a 7/20).
