Study after ord

Hey guys, I'am going to ord in march and I wanna continue to upgrade my self. At the moment I have a nitec cert in machine technology with a GPA of 1.9, I know it's quite low as did not understand the importance of education at that time.

Now I wish to apply for higher nitec in performance production but I do not know if Iam able to do so. Anybody help guide me on how to apply?

Will my MP help me out if I see him regarding this issue?

Didn't waste time taking higher Nitec, even from this year on top "N" level student can apply to study at local poly liao. You can either choose to study an part-time diploma from local Poly like Nanyang Polytechnic (depend on the subject like engineering or business) : http://www.nyp.edu.sg or you can study at America Center For Education, I heard that for an US degree, they even allow an "O" level to apply : http://www.ace.edu.sg

My only option is going through ite first, then poly. Cause I dont meet the minimum requirements to enter poly straight.
