How likely is it for neighbourhood JC stud to take law/medic

Let's say someone from neighbourhood JC, no portfolio, sports cca but just member, sports just recreational.

Possible to take Law/ medicine in local uni? What can one do to prepare ?

Mostly, they take people with perfect scores in.

If your A level score is perfect (all As and probably with 1 H3) and do very well during the interview / selection process, then you will be accepted.

I have students who do 4 H2s and 1 H1, and with perfect scores, applying for law/medicine before. Didn't follow up if they got in.

Very unlikely to go into NUS Law/medicine.But you can try who knows?

It is common sense. The top 5 JC had corhort of about 500 to 800 each. I was from TJC. At my year, almost everyone in my JC got 3 As and above.

There are only 260 student intake in NUS school of medicine. You can do the maths.
