OK SO , IM TAKING MY 'N' LEVEL THIS YEAR . Sec 4
AND ... i am taking chinese language basic , so means i sorta
drop my normal chinese
den i failed my chinese language basic (CLB) exams , the real
national CLB exam. Den my teacher say i have to retake again at end
of the year , which is now. And it is obviously retarded i have no
thoughts of passing chinese or even taking it. The teacher keep
saying if i fail i will have to keep retake and retake.
So means if i fail my CLB , I can't graduate ? I can't even go
to ITE ? If that is so , that is really retarded. I can't pass my
CLB its impossible, I almost stopped learinng chinese since primary
3 , how the hell am i gonna pass it .
Anyone knows anything about MOE system, please give me some
knowledge
