Need help cheap mobile plan free incoming call

Hi I need some advice . I'm just moving to singapore and still not familiar with mobile plans. From what i heard I still got charged when received call from other ppls, right ?Because everyday my wife call me too much and i've been charged alot (she's using skype to call my phone). Can anybody help me with good plan to free incoming call or cheap incoming call ? currently i'm using singtel plans and it took me 4-5$ per hour just to hear she call me ><

Singtel is more stable than STarhub. I have been with Singtel Mobile and I should say their reception is good and the plans are cheaper than Starhub. My sis is using STarhub mobile line and she experiences poor reception.

Cause right now his using mobile phone and he won't install skype on it. I think singtel is still the best.

can use skype on pc wad.

no matter what plan you get, overseas call wont be cheap.
