they wear blue skirts and are probably in the east, near parkway
parade. i might be hallucinating about this, but i think the badge
is like two hands, touching each other at the wrists and as if they
were holding something (touch your wrists together while extending
your hands straight above your head and you get the idea). of
course im wrong but... lol
