Computing in Uni

I want to do computing related courses, considering between NUS SoC, NTU and SMU.

Any thoughts on the computing schools there or advice on which I should choose? Thanks!!!

comp sci or comp eng?

oh I still haven't decided yet. What would you suggest for each?
