JC Assessment or Reference Books Queries

Hello there, I’m currently a JC 1 student this year and plan on taking a subject combination of H2 Physics, H2 Chemistry, H2 Maths and H1 Geography. Is there any recommended books, which can be assessment or reference books to be bought for these 4 subjects, along with General Paper?

4 more chapters to write + 2 chapters to re-review + critical review of all chapters + adding a bit more worked examples

Finally, cover page + printing...

Not sure how long it will take me... I'm only using the notes on a chapter by chapter basis for my students at the moment.

Actually I want to pen down everything before I forgets... Too many things either forgotten or does not cross my mind unless the concepts are touched upon during class... I try to standardize by first penning down into notes... Physics first, maths later....
