Installation of HID lamps on cars that do no come with it from
the manufacturer is illegal. Coloured lamp lights can be achieved
by swapping the bulbs with ones coated with your disired colours.
Not too if colours, other than yellow and white, are allowed as
they can cause distraction to road users.
I did came across someone who was a freelance HID installer,
selling HID packages for various model. Can't remember the id, but
he may be found in MyCarForums. Its your own risk if you want to
install anyway.
