- I'm an O level student who is extremely interested in studying
Psychology but with the polytechnic C.O.Ps in the single digit
range, i doubt i stand a chance to qualify.. Is there any way
i can enter this field of study ?
My estimated O level results should be about 14-18points. What
do you recommend i do ?
Also, with regards to taking a private dip. I hear it's
not recognised what are your views ?

Go to JC and try to work your way in from there instead. O-lvl
grades are often, but NOT ALWAYS an indicative of A-lvl
grades.
Psychology is not a course which requires straight As to enter,
as many has misunderstood. In fact, you will only need straight Bs
to enter it, though having a few As will help a lot.
A lot of the private diplomas in Singapore are not recognised,
and will require you to go either study overseas or study in a
private university in Singapore. If that is the case, you may as
well go overseas to study psychology in a prestige (or at least
recognised) university.
