Can anyone give a down to earth procedures in buying a vehicle, like where and how to bid COE, how and where to obtain and make a license plate, and what are the things to do to buy a vehicle? I still don't get how COE, buying a vehicle works. Perhaps you can list in order: 1. COE 2. License plate 3. Dealer and explain, thanks.

bo liao SG Go to see car. Choose car. Cut price. IF OK THE $$. He go to bank for loan. He see whether approve. He ask u put deposit $$. He tel u wait for car. He call u to collect car. He should supply insurance,rd tax,freebies(ka-jiao him to gv,if not dun buy)
muwrx SG most importantly its whether you can afford the ride in long term! i.e. petrol, parking fee, parking coupon, maintenance, road tax, insurance, spare $$$ for urgent matters, etc etc. ask yourself if you're ready to own a ride seriously.
