it does not work this way
let's say this JC the cut off point is 18, exclusive of bonus
pts
it offers 1000 places for this year
900 students with 18 pts and below applied and got in. they do not
need to use any CCA pts or other bonus pts
the school will then consider the 19-pointers
if u have 19 pts and A in CCA, u will be considered first
after all the 19-pointers (with or with bonus pts) took up the
seats
there might be 10 left, which then the sch will consider those with
raw score 20 pts
again, those with 20 pts score A for CCA will be considered first,
compared to those 20 pts but with B in CCA, and so on... until the
quota filled
it does not mean if u get 22 pts but A in CCA means u are eligible
to fight with the raw 20-pointers
