Using air-con will only create a
self-fulfilling prophecy...but it's too late to save ourselves

from a scientific point of view, aircon cant make sense. You
take X joules of heat out of a room, you have to dump X + Y joules
of heat outside the room, where Y is the work done by the poor
air-con. When everyone turns on the air-con it's a zero sum game,
we only make it worse hooray!
