ultimatenolifer SG anyone heard of any p6 student not having to sit for mother tongue psle under discretionary circumstances? coz my cousin has immense difficulty even understanding and recognising chinese characters, let alone learn the language. hes sitting for psle chinese tis yr but his proficiency is that of a p2/p3 student. anyone knows if it is possible to appeal to moe to not sit for his mt paper and treat it as a void subject, not affecting his overall grade?
