Since qn never state, i will write tuition to a student and to a
teacher
To a teacher giving tuition, he is earning money so not waste or
time
To a student if he is really laerning then it is not a waste of

more time with the 16 year old female student, or even better if it
is a JC1 17 years old, just nice over the legal age, thus, not

But for a male student, it may be a waste of time if the teacher
is not pretty, you cant stare at her boobs all day or have unlawful
thinking, lack of such activity is a serious disadvantage to the
mental health, thus it is a waste of time.

decide whether tuition is a waste of time(not sure if you can do
