Which school can u go to without an O level cert?

My fren jus finish her ITE course in machines & mechincal and gt her cert.But now she wants to go to poly to study animation but she dun have a O level cert so she can't get in.Is there any other sch or poly which she can gt in without any O level or N level certs?Or other course tat she can go to?

She does not need a "O"-level cert.

But may i knw wat does it mean by "To be eligible for admission, applicants should also have sat for the Singapore GCE 'N' or 'O' level examination in addition to the NTC2/NITEC qualification with GPA 3.50 and higher."

Means that you need to take either GCE N/O Level + NITEC (ITE) certificate and your GPA grade must be with GPA 3.50 and higher.

You may wish to call up the polytechnic to check your eligibility.
