actually im ok with doing anything. are my chances of entering the
local uni high? even the dumping ground courses. im in ns and i dun
tink there'll be much time for retaking.

I strongly agree with Mr Wee. Your future depends a lot on the
decision which you make now.
There is a slim chance that you may enter the general education
degree program at NIE if you have past teaching experiences, or the
Art, Design and Media degree program at NTU if you can present an
excellent portfolio, but you will not be happy in either degree
programs if you do not have the passion for either of
them.
I will strongly suggest that you re-take your "A"-levels, though
if you are really unable to find time to study and re-take it, you
may wish to consider taking diploma programs which require
"A"-level certificates at local polytechnics instead.
