Well it depends some JCs have longer orientations some have
shorter. It can last from 5 days to a week. If we assume it lasts
for 5 days your lessons will start on Thursday (4th Feb), though I
doubt that. The JC may have some activity lined up instead since
it's rather strange to start schooling in the middle of the week
(though it's possible).
If it's 1 week than lessons will officialy start on 8th Feb
(Monday). Of course this is assuming the orientations last that
long.

Yep it starts on 28th Jan. JCs cannot immediately get you to
study once you enter after all? But some JCs will get you to choose
your subjects, the mass dance and games may start in Feb. But
again, it varies from JC to JC. Of course even if it's only
choosing subjects, there will be ice-breaker activities.
