hi, i'm confused by something i saw in the net. i would
like to ask if engineering degrees conferred by foreign
universities like university of glasgow are recognised in singapore
especially the public sector, and may i also know the difference of
a local and foreign degree other than the price
difference?

NUS + NTU > SIM > glasgow (at least in eyes of public
sector)
