Is there a chance that both Natural Vegetation and Rivers & Coasts will appear as one question in the O levels?

Rives & Coasts will most likely appear for O levels, not sure about Natural Vegetation.

One question will be set on a particular topic

another will be set on one topic or a combination of topics

so what do you think

Q2: River + Coast

I don't think so.
As far as i'm concern,

One will be on human and one would be on physical

Physical : Rivers/Coast or both. OR Full natural veg.
Human: Food/Development.

Dont think river would come out together with natural veg although

Some questions would be like.. What will happen to the trees... if the rivers.... something like that.
I dont study Rivers.
