Even if you are paying $500 a month, I can assure you no one
here is foolish enough to take up your "challenge".
Since you say your child is '4n', I assume he is sec 4, and from
either normal academic or normal technical. That makes it even more
impossible for anyone to perform what you requested, as these
students are either slower learners or rebellious teenagers.
Slow learners still can be helped out, but I can tell you that
if he has been failing his maths all the way, there is little
chance of him making it, if you give him only 2~4 hours of tuition
a week.
If he is one of those rebellious teenager, he will only make the
tuition teachers here 'vomit blood'.
I strongly suggest that you try somewhere else instead of here,
as the group here are not those who are interested in 'challenging
themselves'.
