Relay Control Circuit Design

1. Press the On push button, a red lamp turns on
2. After 5 seconds, Fan 1 and 2 turn on automatically
3. After another 5 seconds, Fan 1 turns off automatically
4. When the Off push button is pressed, the red lamp and Fan 2 will turn off

Anyone knows how to design this circuit using relays and timers?
