Depends, of course, on your desired course of study, and in which
Uni (local vs overseas).

If you can, and are willing to, then it's certainly a good idea
to retake your 'A' levels, either in 2009, 2010 or 2011.
Note that for local Uni courses, some (not all! check!) Uni
departments may allow you to combine 'A' level certificate, but the
two certs must be within 12 months of each other.
