Factorisation Problem

Factorise (a2-a-12)x2+(2a2-4)x + a2+a=......

x2 means x square.

Any expert here can help?

a^2 - a - 12 = (a - ?)(a + ?)

2a^2 - 4 = 2(a^2 - 2) = 2(a - ?)(a + ?)

a^2 + a = a(...)
