Chemuistry - Qualitive Analysis

Does anyone know how to remember Cation and Anion Test easily?

group it in terms of similar tests... that's how i teach my students anyway..

all those that form white ppt at first in one list, white ppt in excess in another list etc...

just die die memorise, at least tat's wad i did...
