Ridiculous high fees are for foreign students NOT Australian
citizens. 
Unlike Singapore who despite the cheap fees charged to foreign
students, give them extra scholarships to make it cheaper for
foreigners, at the expense of Singapore tax payers' money.
ridiculous.. we are all stuck get pawned by bothlocally and
overseas too
