You should confirm with SEAB (email them) to be sure, but from
what I recall, your 2007 SPA results were only valid in 2008.
You will have to take a practical exam (in lieu of SPA) in
2009.
No comments regarding the MDIS, as I'm not familiar with their
'A' level course. You should find out all the details from
MDIS, then make your best informed decision.
