GCE N Levels 2008
This year's GCE 'N' level results are out!
And almost all the students from the normal (academic) course
are being awarded the N-level certificate.
As for the normal (technical) course, 97.2 percent received the
certificate.
This year's cohort is also the first where nearly 100 Normal
Technical students took up two subjects at the more difficult
Normal Academic level.
87 of them obtained at least a Grade 5 in these subjects.
In all 73.2 percent of Normal academic students are eligible for
progress to Secondary 5 N
The top student from the normal (academic) course is Yio Chu
Kang Secondary's Ao Cheng Kai
He scored an aggregate of six points for English Language and
five other subjects.
This year, more than 17,800 students from the Normal Academic
(11,820 students) and Normal Technical (6,028 students) took the N
