Okay I included British in all :D but I didn't really blame
British know, because I said if they had enough understanding even
under the British rule, nothing could cause their conflict.

'...if they had enough understanding'? Do you mean that the
people are stupid? Or ignorant?
Anyway, I think it'd be better if you included a final paragraph
that states that if the British did not bring the Tamils from India
to Sri Lanka, then this would not have happened because the Tamils
would understand that they are the insignificant minority and the
government would obviously place the issues of it's citizens
first.
