McDonald's is already providing such service (with food) long
before you. Though the food a bit overpriced and getting more
ex.
What makes you think that students will go to your place rather
than Mac.. Not all Mac keep students away from studying at their
outlets.
Furthermore if you are thinking of charging
the accommodation on top of the food.. The idea is
to keep it cheap or rather affordable for students who have limited
amount of pocket money.
I think it will deter rather than attract.
Maybe you can try doing some surveys among students from various
age group and family background. A really large sample is needed
because the number of students who study overnight outside isn't
really big.
I noticed students studying overnight in Mac but the number is
minute. And mostly students will choose place close to their house
so they can go home at dawn quickly to sleep.
