Hi TS,
Are you sec 3 or sec 4 this year?
For Fleming's Left Hand Rule, use this acronym to help u
remember
FBI
where F is force (thumb)
B is magnetic field (index finger)
and I is current (middle finger)
Remember to use it only for induced force, not current!
Fleming's right hand rule is out of combined science syllabus I
think; that is used for induced current.
So always remember, Fleming's Left Hand Rule is always used for
induced force. There must be current, there must be a magnetic
field. Most importantly, the force and the current must be in
perpendicular directions to each other. If they are parallel, then
there's zero induced force.
Also, the direction of the induced force is perpendicular to
both the current and the magnetic field (check your Fleming's Left
Hand Rule)....
For other questions (or help) in Physics, do visit ExamWorld. The
physics posted there is for both science and pure physics. For
science physics, concentrate more on the explanations then on the
calculations, of which some might be out of your syllabus as
well.
