I wish to know more about the indepth difference between these two degree? Is there anyone with the relevant degree and is able to explain the difference as well the relevant modules taken during the course of study. This would greatly help in my choice of degree to study in the future. Thanks.

Degree in Management
More towards the management(human resource and business) with some general accounting modules.

Degree in Finance.
More towards the study and theoretical part of business and accounting.

This is how I feel about these two.. might be wrong..
