the trend in recent years...more independant designers has
surfaced due to the gaining popularity in fashion blogs.
as for the couture fashion houses, it always seems like they
will go against the trends in independant labels. for example the
independant scene has been hyping about the French pop scene late,
i'd expect the big name fashion houses to go into the more
sophisticated styles like deconstructivism come the fall/winter
season.
