bonkysleuth SG we can use the titration method or the "acid with excess insoluble oxide or carbonate" to retrieve salt from a reaction. as both methods are ways of getting soluble salt back, how can I differentiate when to apply each method??
wishboy SG titration mostly for 2 aqueous reagents (which may also be salts themselves or 1 acid 1 alkaline)adding dilute acid to metal/metal oxide/metal hydroxide/metal carbonate can only be used if the substance can react with dilute acid
