yea. i retook my Os before. i think you should really really retake
your Os although the syllabus may have changed quite abit for now.
if possible, retake at least 5 subjects, because the more subjects
that you retake, the higher the chances of you getting even much
better grades for your O-level results. but that would only
materialise when you really put in sheer hard work and
determination.
as for the combined cert thingy, MOE's system will automatically
use the best results from any of your 2 sittings and combine these
best results together.
