Can anyone tell me what the hell is a "Pilot Jack" Flag in
Singapore context...?
Is it a "Pilot flag" which is to signal that the vessel requires
a Pilot vessel? Or
Is it a "civil jack"? Or
Is it a "Civil ensign"?
More importantly, how does it look like?
