In Singapore they are strict on the toilet rules.
when i was in university in canada... the invigilators bo
chap..like you need not inform them if you are going toilet, just
have to leave the room...
but sometimes you can see it is quite obvious if some students are
taking advantage of the system..
a person can go toilet few times during the paper.
