the Bear SG it's okay.. still doing the strengthening exercises to stabilise the back.. hopefully can join in my usual team in my organisation somewhen into the league.. we don't bowl well but we are there for laughs and to meet up with other friends

the Bear SG they haven't started yet.. it's at the civil serpents' club at tessensohn road... uhh.. both were during the league last year actually i do better with stress..
