it would be good if the shops had something of a system where
they would take measurements of the hand, take into account the
method of delivery, the grip, and all that, into a computerised
system and come out with the optimal type of ball, the optimal
weight and grip/drilling, and all that...
put some science into giving the bowler the best possible equipment
instead of the guessing which is being done now.. that being said,
the "guesswork" of some of the pro-shop owners are amazing!
describing what you do at the lanes to the pro-shop owner, is
subjective and sometimes, miscommunication may result in the
equipment being wrong for the bowler..
would be nice if there was a simulator to help get the perfect ball
with the perfect grip huh?
