that sticker is actually meant for how many workers employed by
the company that is registered with the van, can carry, dependant
on available floor space. Vans are actually not allow to carry any
other passengers. also you cannot fix seats at the back of goods
van... as in no permament fixtures allowed to the body.
so if kena caught by ROV, try passing your family members or frens
off as workers?
