I have to be frank with you Kiddo and as you said something to me earlier like,' Not all training regime works'>Well yours aint even started yet.From behind you look more like a person born with broad shoulders and doing OK with the butterfly stroke in a pool.Anyone can have a V-shape with that kinda post but where is the real muscle mass? I remember a childhood friend who was also chubby but he could really post like you so one day when he did that I gave him a hard punch to the solar plexis and guess what? When he let out the air from his lungs it was chest in & stomach bulging out , his body came back to its natural form...the kodak moment pic you see when a fat Indian lady tries to wear a tight saree.I know one day after you have lost all your body fat and found a good training regime someone like Dorian would take your picture and post it here but until then please have mercy on us ok?

I try this thurs. What I might do is get a picture of a more defined back, then try to superimpose. Embarassed It's not easy to get the grooves just by drawing lines with PS.
