How do you normally gauge how much grams you need to take?

The instructions tells me that i should take 64g but because i am a teenage and i only involved in upper body exercises only took 30g

i dissolve it in UHT milk. Tastes not at all bad. But i havent tried it with water yet.

Now the problem is that i dont know what dosage of proteins i should take or what amount of exercise = what amt of proteins

I recall I was supposed to take one scoop (the scoop that comes in the container) and I moxed it with banana or vanilla milk.

Then I wanted to run further distance, I tried two scoops.

then I started to lau sai...then it became no more sai...oni water with power coming out. One look and I can tell its the protein powder all being rejected out.

Then I went A&E for severe dehydration...the medical staff asked me what did I do.
Then I dare not touch it. Two large containers throw away...$219 a container...$$$ wasted.

My advice: If you are not doing a vigorous work out daily, dun take such stuff.

I dunno if I should name the brand...becoz it could be me. Its a famous 3 alphabet brand which has a chain of stoe in Spore.

Anyway I got a discount becoz it was a few months away from 'Best Before' date. maybe thats the prob...
