what do you do when you ate unhealthy meals?

Example, like one big mac meal from Macdonalds?

you tend to shrug off the feeling you just did something bad to yourself.

I would compliment it with an unhealthy drink also...

Juicy burgers taste delicious with some milkshake or oreo drinks..

Indeed, whenever I see an oreo shake on the menu, I can't resist it Smile

feel guilty on that day...

but the next day, ok liao... continue to eat Mr. Green

All the answers sound fun Mr. Green Laughing
