I have a question about this local nutritional website->www.ultimatesg.com.

Have any of you guys ordered from there? If so, how do you find its service?

I have ordered products from the site. I have no qualms about the quality of its products except for the service.

I'll give you an example. Sometimes I tried to contact the guy for details about the collection location of my product one day before the actual collection day, only to receive a reply after a few hours in the morning. Do they expect their customers to wait for their reply without sleeping?

Anyone had similar experience/

how about you getting into this business too? Perhaps you can sell it at your gym too. Sort of like a 2-in-1 thing... Convenient to users, won't it...

The site seems to be a one man show, so perhaps that’s the reason for the lack of service. Most of the stuff you can get there are also available elsewhere too, some at better prices too.
