Sled dragging for fat loss and overall conditioning

so troublesome for what, just run 40 mins. Rolling Eyes <--notice attempt at sarcasm

I have 2 20kg plates+10kg worth of small plates

Getting a sled is not a problem.

Getting the plates out of my house is...

but you’ll look dumb doing it alone

I thought of doing it at ECP,I am quite confident I will appear on STOMP Singapore Unseen if I do that.

getting out of your house to drag? Later u kena charged for damage to public property Laughing

oh ya.... Get your girl to sit on a stool on the sled while you pul Wink

Yeah, she at 40+kg can save me the trouble of bringing down the plates.

get a 10kg stool or make it 10kg for better balancing Laughing Add up to 50kg too

What will people think I am doing if I really I do sled dragging at ECP??? Laughing

i would love to join you if i had the time.. i need it ALOT

Why dont you just tompang me.I 78kg Laughing

But I am training for conditioning, not max strength

SBS will ask you to help them drag buses within a repair shop to save on fuel costs while you get your training

hahahahaha

I sit on the sled but later the pole on it staked my anal Laughing

hmmm

make special yoke's walk bar to let a girl sit, then lift it and start walking

sounds interesting.

seriously, the 3 strongman items I am training now are much more fun than your usual plates and Olympic bars.

Out of curiosity, how much have you spent on such equipment..less say in the past 2 years?
