I have not been training for more than 9 months now and my body looks and feel out of shape.How long does it take for this to happen to you and how fast can you get your body back?

I figured the same also but for some it could be like three months to get out of shape and 9 months to shape up.

last time when i was leading a platoon, one of my men, very big size wan, he told me he last time body builder. i couldn't help but laugh la, cuz he's very round now. so i asked what happened.

he said last time he drink mass gainer, but when he injured his knee, and couldn't exercise, he continued drinking the mass gainer because he didn't want it to go to waste. Very Happy

A real bodybuilder would look good in front of the mirror and in public,the other type of bodybuilding is a misconception of trying to be big.Its really easy to be big,just eat and be lazy.
