My dream... One day when I earn enough money to get a private house, I will install a simple gym in the basement. 1 barbell with protection like the one in hougang clubfitt (together with a pull up bar too), 1 adjustable chair, and some dumbbells. Some mirrors, aircon, and it's done.

Yeah I like the trap bar...also like the hex dumbbells, and look at the number of notches in those power racks! Much more height choices!

That's achievable. You dont need a private hse to house the above equipments.
