I wont disclose gym names or anything so as not to tarnish the reputation.

But there is this bodybuilder approaching all the skinny guys at a *Certain commerical gym* and comes up with an anabolic cycle for weeks.According to my friend who works out at that gym.

In the old sgbodybuilding.proboards43.com which i hung out last time.There was a guy who always posted angry remarks and steroid cycles.

It boils down to the way some people train and their diet.Cant even get it right what makes them think they can use steroids effectively?

Training and diet goes hand in hand with steroids, this is what an experienced roid user overseas in another forum told me.

He said most people think its the easy way out but you have to work so much harder to activate it.

Do you know that many roid users confessed that they needed to consume more protein and carbs and exercise much harder and harder.They say that its a common misconception that its the easy way out.

Like i said before, many people should review their training and diet before resorting to such things.Most of the time either one or both of them suck!

I used to know a guy in SG who did steroids.Irony is he is a COAST GUARD POLICE OFFICER!

He could go to Thailand for weeks to do steroid cycles there.hes goddamn big around 90% the size of Elvin Chang.

I did he has done them for over 10 years, he can bulk and cut very quickly and has little minimal side effects.Hes seasoned user.

Seen him workout, lots of sets and reps.And he doesnt go beyond 2 plates for the big 3.
