there used to be some kind of Prison along Serangoon North ave 4
500+ blks ( opp the girls home) before the mid 1990s. I know cos my
ex used to stay there. Now its not there.
They have destroyed the prison and it has become HDB blocks.
The other side (going to io chu kang ) where the 159 bus
goes was a farm and some forest. I think now its an
industrial estate ,sheng Shiong and some company buildings
It was called Chai Keng prison right? Anyone got old photo of
that prison? Or managed to take a picture of it from their HDB flat
last time...?hoho
